Can I post an ad on your site?

I will go to Ulm University this fall and I'm looking for a place to live.

I am looking for a place to live near Ulm University. I would like to find
something like a small house or workshop/industrial building I can live in.
I want a place where I can work on my bicycles and maybe a car and do
woodworking inside.

I have a dog so some kind of outdoor area would be nice.

I will be starting a job/graduate school at the university in October.

I would appreciate any suggestions or information.
