We decided not to try anything new - and have reserved tables for English Stammtisch at

 

Herrenkeller Restaurant again.  March 20th - starting at 7 p.m. - Herrenkellergasse 4,  in Ulm -

 

just off of Platzgasse.  

 

If you have some English books you'd like to swap - please bring them along.

 

I also got this message from Misti Holland.  She's now living in L.A.  Maybe someone can help her friend of a friend.

 

        I am emailing all of you because a friend of a friend is moving to none other than Ulm.  She is a French lady living currently in Cleveland, OH.  She will be working for Evo-Bus.  She needs housing as of May 1st or a week sooner and would prefer a roommate situation or kind of a host family situation. I was wondering if anyone of you would be interested in either hosting her or helping her find a nice family.  (if you can help - contact Misti at (Deleted, contact me, and I will forward it)

My daughter is looking for someone to take over her 1 1/2 room apartment when she moves out.  It's in Magirushof -by Zinglerbrücke, near Xinedome.  It has a kitchen, patio and small yard and faces away from the railroad tracks - so less noise. It's about 400 euros per month - which includes Hausmeister service and underground parking.

 

Let me know if you're interested and I'll pass the information on to Jenny.
