This month's English Stammtisch is unique because we will be meeting

                Kohlgasse 23 in Ulm - across from Cafe Brettle

 

                                starting at 7 p.m.

 

This is Gerry Connor's newly-opened business - so it's a house-warming party of sorts. We can mingle a bit outside, too - weather permitting.

 

Please bring along your own beverages - (or BYOB)  because Gerry is not allowed to sell drinks at the shop. (German regulation) 

 

4 or 5 different types of food will be available for purchase - including something vegetarian.

I'm writing because I found your blog about Americans in Ulm, as I've been trying to research good locations to find English speakers in that area.  I'm sorry in advance for 'cold-emailing' you, but I thought you might be a helpful contact person to have in that area, as it seems you know a lot of other Americans in the area.

 

I'm from the US also (Ohio) and am now living in Berlin, trying to find some English teachers in the Ulm area who might like to join our teaching team – I don't really know anyone in Ulm, hence the email.  If you or someone you know might be interested, please feel free to pass my name & details on to them.  If not, then no worries, thank you for your time, and I hope that you have a lovely spring!

Unfortunately I haven't been able to make it to any of the Stammtisch meetings so far as I do not live in Ulm but am just there from time to time. Till I am able to make it one day: are there people living in or around Esslingen who would like to meet in Esslingen for am Englisch Stammtisch?
